On March 3rd, Nan-Hui was found guilty of child abduction in her second trial. Her sentencing date was set to April 1, but Nan-Hui’s sentencing has now been postponed to April 28th. Renowned criminal defense attorney, Dennis Riordan, has joined Nan-Hui’s legal defense team. He will be representing her in future criminal court proceedings.
The judge, who has the discretion to decide her sentence, announced that he would review the details of the case and announce Nan-Hui’s sentencing on April 28,1:30pm at the Yolo County Superior Court.
